Founder, Academic Director, and Instructor of English as a Second Language and Russian as Foreign Language
Eleonora is the founder and Academic Director of Tesoro Language Center, where she teaches English and Russian as foreign languages. With over 20 years of teaching experience in schools and universities in both Russia and the United States, she has dedicated her career to helping students achieve linguistic and cultural fluency.
Eleonora holds three master’s degrees — in linguistics, business administration, and education — and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree. She is a member of TESOL and WATESOL and has authored more than 30 textbooks designed to make language learning engaging, practical, and effective. Her materials are used by students preparing for OPI and DLPT exams, as well as by learners who simply want to explore language and culture in depth.
Aleksandra
Co-Founder, Lead English as a Second Language Instructor and Curriculum Specialist
Aleksandra is the Co-Founder of Tesoro Language Center and a lead specialist in teaching English as a foreign language to children. She is also an experienced curriculum developer for Russian-as-a-foreign-language programs for adults. With years of experience in linguistic education, Aleksandra brings creativity, structure, and warmth to every lesson she teaches.
Her teaching philosophy is based on a communicative, student-centered approach that encourages students to explore, speak, and think in English from the very beginning. Aleksandra incorporates modern technology, project-based learning, and authentic materials such as videos, podcasts, and articles to create a dynamic classroom experience. She also applies CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) techniques, combining subject matter and language instruction for natural and meaningful learning.
Aleksandra’s classes are known for their positive energy, creativity, and real-world focus. Her goal is to help students not only gain confidence in English, but also enjoy every step of their learning journey.
Eva
Lead Italian Language Instructor
Eva is a passionate Italian language instructor from Padua, Italy. She earned her degree from the University of Padua, where she specialized in Foreign Languages for International Cooperation and Communication. Her academic background and multicultural experience have shaped her dynamic and inspiring teaching style.
Eva has been teaching Italian for several years and is a certified CELI examiner — a qualification that allows her to prepare students for official Italian language proficiency exams. She loves languages, psychology, and exploring diverse cultures, all of which influence the way she connects with her students and designs her lessons.
In addition to her native Italian, Eva speaks Russian, English, and Spanish fluently, and also understands German and French. Her multilingual background helps her guide students through the learning process with empathy and insight, making Italian feel accessible and alive.

Eugene
Technical ESL and Russian Instructor
Eugene is a specialist in teaching Technical English and Technical Russian as foreign languages. With a master’s degree in Microelectronics and Semiconductor Devices and over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he brings real-world expertise and practical insight into every lesson.
His multilingual background — Eugene speaks Russian, English, and Ukrainian — allows him to explain complex technical concepts clearly and help students confidently use professional terminology in international contexts.
Eugene’s classes combine structure and humor, making technical subjects both understandable and engaging. Whether preparing for professional communication, technical documentation, or international projects, Eugene helps his students not only master the language of technology but also enjoy the learning journey.
